PUBG Mobile, which organizes special parties in many parts of the world within the scope of its first anniversary, did not forget Turkey, one of the most played countries, and decided to organize a magnificent first year party for Turkish players.

As the Gaming in Turkey team, we gave full support to the entire organization, application process, PR and marketing aspects of the party, which was held for the first year of PUBG Mobile.

During the preparation process, which lasted an average of 1.5 months, more than 3000 players in total applied to the application form we created to join the party. 100 people selected after our evaluation criteria among the players who applied were entitled to attend the first year party as special guests of PUBG Mobile.

We, as Gaming in Turkey, held the first year organization of PUBG Mobile, which is followed with interest by the world and undoubtedly the players in Turkey, on Sunday, April 7th. On Sunday morning, we made photo and video shoots with the theme of Istanbul, together with the actors, influencers and cosplayers who were entitled to attend the party in Sultanahmet Square, one of the most important historical places of Istanbul.

The team, ready for the Istanbul tour, visited historical places such as Eminönü, Galata Bridge, Tophane and Dolmabahçe with T2 model vehicles and watched the unique view of the Bosphorus. During the trip, where the interest was high, photo shoots were made and the players were given the opportunity to have a pleasant conversation.

After the Istanbul tour, we made our way to The Game, which is located at The Point Hotel in Barbaros, the party venue.

In the The Game section of the event sponsored by Razer, we brought together tournaments, question-answer events and delicious meals with the players. We rewarded PUBG Mobile players who participated in the event where question-answer and tournaments were held.

The players, who had an unforgettable day, fought fiercely in the tournaments. We held two different tournaments, Duo and Solo. First team in PUBG Mobile DUO tournament; Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset x2 wins Royale Pass 6 rewards and $100 UC x2, year one exclusive pin. In the activity, which included 40 questions, we directed 20 verbal, 10 visual and 10 audio questions to the participants. We directed questions to the people whose names were included by drawing a lottery from the bag in which the names of all participants were written. Players who answered correctly received a $5 UC reward. We also gave PUBG Mobile bags, pens, stickers and t-shirts to the players who attended the party.

Based on the world of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS, PUBG MOBILE has been taking the game world by storm since its launch in 2017. Battle Royale is a type of game where a maximum of 100 players parachute into various areas on the map and fight to survive, while the last survivor takes everything. By finding and equipping their own weapons, vehicles, and gear, players battle it out to defeat their opponents on visually and tactically rich battlefields. In addition, the playground, which shrinks over time, is one of the most challenging environmental factors for players.
